Cheryl is a vibrant force in the real estate and healthcare communities, celebrated for her stellar sales acumen, engaging personality, and creative ability for unusual, but profitable, savvy property deals. Born and raised in Michigan, Cheryl’s academic journey took her to Indiana University, Bloomington, where she graduated in 1996. Initially dreaming of a career as a veterinarian, her plans took a detour due to allergies. Second choice was a cardiothoracic surgeon or neurosurgeon, leading her into the dynamic world of pharmaceutical sales before applying to medical school. She was relocated to Ohio her first position as a sales rep at Janssen Pharmaceutica, a division of Johnson & Johnson, where Cheryl excelled and quickly rose to #1, a trend she continued in subsequent roles across several companies.

After several years, Cheryl was relocated to her dream city, Chicago, where she met her husband. Cheryl’s journey in sales provided her with a competitive edge that she seamlessly transferred to the real estate sector in 2010. She shifted her focus to real estate, leveraging her sales acumen to excel in all types of single family and multi-family transactions. In 2020, Cheryl obtained her real estate broker’s license and her managing broker’s license in 2023, currently held by Coldwell Banker Realty in Illinois. When she’s not closing deals, Cheryl enjoys dancing, spending time with her family and animals, and indulging in her love for traveling, learning new things, and reading. Whether she’s helping her husband’s dental office thrive or executing the perfect real estate transaction, Cheryl brings a unique blend of scientific flair and business acumen to everything she does.
